Dr. Seim has had extensive post graduate training in the medical legal field and is experienced in both Wokers's Compensation cases and Automobile Accidents. If you have been injured on the job or in a car crash call Dr Seim and he will guide you through the process. While it may be a new experience for you we have literally helped hundreds of injured patients through the process. The Doctor you choose does make difference!

Dr. Seim is licensed by the State of Minnesota to perform DOT physical exams and issue Medical Examiner Certificates. The charge for the examination is $70.00 and includes urinalysis and a laminated Health Card. DOT physicals $70.00 for a DOT Medical Card

The urinalysis test is not a drug test. The DOT Health Card will be completed at the end of your DOT physical exam.

We make every effort for same or next business day appointments. We also will track your DOT health cards expiration date and notify you when the DOT Medical Certificate expires. Please call 763-416-4878 for an appointment.

We offer DOT alcohol and DOT and Non-DOT drug testing as well. If you would like us to track your drivers DOT Medical cards expiration dates We will do that at no cost to you, please call us. Insurance is not accepted for your DOT physical service.

Dr Seim is also registered with the State of Minnesota to practice acupuncture as an adjunct to your chiropractic needs. Dr. Seim trained in China in 1980, observing Traditional Chinese Medicine as well as modern day acupuncture anesthesia.
